While we strive to ensure that the prices on the website are correct, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we realize that the price of your order was incorrect, we will contact you beforehand. You can then choose to reconfirm or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we will cancel the order.

Order acceptance

When you fill in your personal and payment information to place your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email only signifies receipt of the order, not acceptance. When we send the email confirming shipment of the order, your order will be accepted and the contract between the two parties will be fulfilled. Only the product listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

  1. The product in your order is out of stock, or the quality does not meet our requirements, or part or all of the order is returned due to transport limitations.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

We insure every order from shipment until the product is delivered or returned. Upon receiving the product, you must sign the delivery confirmation. RETURN

We aim to provide you with an optimal online shopping experience with no-questions-asked returns. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you can request a return and refund.

  1. You can request a refund within 7 days.
  2. The returned product must be in its original condition, without any signs of wear or use, in the original box or bag, and the label must be complete.

If you wish to return the product, please fill out the return form included with the product and return both. If the form is lost, please contact us to obtain a replacement via email.
