Although we have made every effort to ensure that the prices on the website are correct, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we realize that the price of your order was incorrect, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can decide to reconfirm or cancel your order. Otherwise, we will cancel the order.

Order acceptance

When you fill in your personal details and payment information to place your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of the order, not acceptance. When we send an email confirming shipment of the order, your order will be accepted and the contract between the two parties will be fulfilled. Only the product listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

SHIPPING AND RECEIPT

We insure every order from shipment until the product is delivered or returned. Upon receiving the product, you must sign the confirmation of receipt. After signing, you will assume responsibility for the product. If the consignee is not the buyer or the product is a gift, treat the receipt as proof of purchase. This signifies fulfillment of your order and acceptance of the transfer of responsibility. We reserve the right to update shipping policies without prior notice.

 

RETURNS

We hope to offer you an optimal online shopping experience with no-questions-asked returns. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you can request a product return and refund.

You can request a return within 7 days.
The returned product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use, in the original box or bag, and with the label intact.
If you wish to return the product, please fill out the return form attached to the product and return both. If the form is lost, please contact us to obtain a replacement by email.

NOTE: The cost of the return is at your expense.
