Return Policy

How to request a refund

For your request, the refund or exchange will be credited to our account.
Regarding returns or exchanges: please contact the shipping company directly within 7 days of receiving the goods. After the shipping company receives the products, they will notify us of the refund. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
